Quilt Panel Backing Order Form

Order a 3' x 6' quilt backing for your memorial quilt panel here. Honor The Fallen Foundation will ship this to you at no charge. Just complete the order form and we will get one in the mail to you right away. You can use this panel as a template or for your quilt backing. Please contact us if you need any assistance with your quilt panel. We can connect you with a volunteer quilter to help with your quilt. Just email us for details.
